MYGOONER — NOVEMBER EXPOSE EVAN COMPETITION RULES

Operator: MyGooner, an independently operated entertainment website. Questions, support and privacy requests: hmu@mygooner.com. Website: https://mygooner.com.

1. Dates
The competition opens November 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Pacific and closes November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific, including the entire final minute. The exclusive cutoff is December 1 at 12:00 AM Pacific. America/Los_Angeles and server time control, including the daylight-saving change.

2. Eligibility
Open to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC, ages 18+. US territories are excluded. Administrators, developers and testers with privileged answer/scoring access, and their immediate households, are excluded. Ordinary players may practice and replay. No purchase or payment is necessary. One prize pack per eligible person.

3. Entry and ranking
Complete all seven distinct Level 2 finds, submit a Goonername, opt into the sticker competition, confirm eligibility, accept these rules and verify your email before closing. The Level 2 run must start and finish during the competition window. Earlier practice times do not qualify. Recreational leaderboard participation does not require email.

Your fastest valid server-verified Level 2 time counts, measured in milliseconds. Level 1 and the cinematic transition are excluded. Faster replays improve your existing best time; slower replays do not replace it. Exact time ties go to the earlier server-recorded completion. Identical completion timestamps use the existing completion-receipt ID ordering, then entry ID. Displayed time rounding does not affect ranking.

One competition record is maintained per verified email. Multiple emails or devices cannot create extra prize entitlements; duplicate-person entries are subject to final review. Goonernames may repeat, and changing your name does not create a new entrant.

4. Prizes and review
The 50 fastest eligible, verified participants at closing receive one limited-edition MyGooner sticker pack each, subject to final eligibility review. If fewer than 50 participants qualify, fewer packs are awarded. USPS shipping within the eligible area is free. No payment is required to claim a pack. Rankings can change until closing; a provisional Top 50 rank or verified email does not guarantee a prize.

MyGooner reviews closing results, eligibility, duplicate entries and suspect runs. Proven automation, scoring manipulation, exploitation of defects or false eligibility claims may disqualify an entrant or run. Legitimate manual play and ordinary accessibility tools are allowed. Moderating a displayed name alone does not invalidate a time. Material interruptions will be handled proportionately with notice, without changing rules to favor an entrant.

5. Winner notification
MyGooner administers winner notifications and replacement awards manually. Selected winners will be notified by email within seven calendar days after closing, no later than December 7, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific. Winners have seven calendar days from notification to confirm eligibility and respond; the notification will state the deadline. Shipping information is requested privately only after eligibility is confirmed. Recipients ranked below #50 are considered only as replacements when an initially selected recipient is disqualified, declines the award, or fails to respond within the stated deadline. The award passes to the next eligible ranked competitor with the same seven-calendar-day response window.

6. Verification and privacy
Verification links are single-use and expire after 24 hours or at competition closing, whichever comes first. Entry never subscribes you to marketing. Public rankings show Goonername, rank and time; email and shipping details remain private. The accompanying Expose Evan privacy notice explains collection, providers, retention and privacy requests. Withdrawing an entry before closing can end prize eligibility. Contact hmu@mygooner.com for questions or review requests.

EXPOSE EVAN — PRIVACY NOTICE
For the November 2026 competition; supplements the existing /privacy notice.

MyGooner operates Expose Evan. Contact hmu@mygooner.com for support, access, correction, withdrawal or deletion requests. Reasonable ownership checks may be required.

We use necessary browser/player identifiers, session and find records, verified times, Goonernames and replay records to run the hunt, maintain rankings and prevent abuse. Public rankings display Goonername, rank and time. Names need not be unique.

Sticker entry is optional. We collect email, eligibility acknowledgments and verification status to administer entry and prevent duplicate prize entitlements. Verification links expire and work once. Entry does not subscribe you to marketing. Only confirmed eligible winners are asked privately for shipping information. Emails and shipping addresses are not published or sold.

Vercel hosts the website, Render runs the backend, Neon stores competition records, Resend delivers verification email, and USPS handles shipping. Providers receive information needed for their role. Optional analytics follow the existing site preferences and DNT/GPC handling; declining analytics does not block play or entry.

Private abandoned/unverified entry data is scheduled for deletion 30 days after closing. The 90-day retention period for verified entrant contact information and winner shipping details begins only after final prize fulfillment is complete and all disputes are resolved; these records are scheduled for deletion at the end of that period. Private session/find evidence and minimal private competition/audit records are retained for no more than two years. Public ranking history may remain without private contact information. Documented legal, security or unresolved-dispute needs may extend retention only for affected records. Private exports and correspondence follow the same policy.

MyGooner currently administers cleanup manually under a documented schedule. Automatic deletion is not currently active. Backups follow the relevant provider's retention controls; after restoration, applicable deletions must be reapplied before private data returns to ordinary service.

Privacy updates will be dated on the rules/privacy pages, with appropriate notice of material changes. The November rules explain entry, scoring and prize eligibility.
